Business Development - Executive (BDE) 
Desired Skills & Experience: 
•   Minimum of 0-10 yrs of pre-sales / sales experience.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication; self motivated, dynamic, team player,
result driven, relationship builder, independent worker
•  Able to communicate technical and business information
•  Excellent interpersonal relation building skills
• Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
• Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple solutions and products
•  Ability to understand business processes and business problems
•  Must be currently selling for a small to mid-sized IT Services Company.
•  Software Products/ Services/ R&D Understanding
•  Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and
emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what    is and is not possible.
•  Should have knowledge on BFSI domains
•  Must know Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Visio Skills

Business Development - Manager
